Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. We believe in the transformative power of permanent makeup and are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to each and every client with the safest and most artistic application of permanent makeup resulting in a natural look that lasts. MISSION To empower individuals through the art of permanent makeup. VISION To enhance a client's natural beauty and help them feel confident and happy. We use our artistic talents and skills to create natural-looking enhancements to the face, such as eyebrows, lips, and eyelids. THE ARTIST I am Rhainne Cordell. In addition to being a licensed PMU Artist, I am an Esthetician, a Holistic Practitioner, an Entrepreneur and a Mentor. I am the owner and founder of The Rainbrow Studio in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. I am a Filipino immigrant who came to the United States in 2018. It was 2020 that my passion for permanent makeup began. In spite of my fear at the height of the pandemic, I left the corporate world and pursue my first love the "ARTS". Despite the challenges, my passion and dedication to my craft along with the support of my family, friends and clients, allowed to pursue my dream and I opened my first PMU studio in Las Vegas in 2021. My faith, perseverance, and God's grace have enabled Rainbrow Studio to expand to two locations - Las Vegas and Henderson.
